We were 4 people with 4 large suitcases—one 28-inch and three 26-inch. Based on other people’s reviews, we went with a Skoda Octavia, and the trunk fit all four bags just right. Beforehand I was a bit worried we’d have to change cars at the last minute if everything didn’t fit. The car we got was a diesel, which is different from the gasoline version described on QEEQ, but it didn’t really affect the actual driving. With 4 people and 4 big suitcases the power felt a bit weak, but as long as you’re not trying to drive fast, it’s totally fine for normal use. If you’re expecting strong acceleration and that “push back in your seat” feeling when you floor it, this isn’t the car for that.

Both processes (pickup and drop off) went smoothly and relatively quickly, especially, drop off. I've exchange the emails with the drop off staff (prior to drop off) to find out the exact location. Responses were quick and helpful. One minor thing - they didn't tell me that their office is on the 4th floor of the car park. It took us an extra 5 min to find out when we arrived

A typical car rental experience...too many people disorganized counter. Seems like the business is stuck in the 1960's...and not in a good way. We paid extra for an automatic convertible car...they gave us a manual one at first and then didn't have a convertible that was automatic...so a waste of money. Car return was poorly coordinated as well...had us standing in the rain and no place to park the car. Ultimately this is what you get for finding the cheapest options. Also the industry needs a proper overhaul.

“Worst Car Rental Brand we have ever Experienced”

We have Booked BMW X5 because of Large Boot space, at arrival the Counter person without informing us gave us a different brand vehicle. our luggage was unable to fit in the boot so we went back to the counter which is 600 meters walking distance from the pickup location. when informed them of luggage issue they are not even able to communicate in English and are so rude that it seems like we are hiring the vehicle without paying them. Neither they offered us an alternate vehicle nor they were willing to refund us the payment. counter lady was so rude that she didn't even let us talk to the manager. even after accepting the offered car the Tyre worn out and they charged us for it. we spended more than 3 hours at the counter to get the vehicle. even representative from rental car approached supplier to come up with a solution but still there was no positive gesture from rental counter. Sicily needs to change these kind of staff and hire some professional people who are atleast able to speak basic English and able to understand clients requirement.
