Car was fairly new, but had some damage, and a few damaged panels had to be pointed out to staff. Car also had no water in the screen washer reservoir. Staff were great and helpful. No issues whatsoever.

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental. The drop off in Verona was excellent.

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
