Easy booking at a fair price.

Staff were great, car was great, the queue to pick up the car was long, and only 2 or 3 staff taking the bookings. Surely the rental company knows exactly how many cars are booked per flight, and can therefore have sufficient staff on hand to deal with the influx. We had prebooked and prepaid, so only had to produce licence and sign off, but still had to wait in queue with others who either hadn't booked at all, or had booked and not paid. It was a long drawn out affair.

The vehicle did not exceed my expectations because it was supposed to be a Rubicon. It took over a half hour to get the vehicle. The staff at Dollar was not very friendly. They just didn't seem like they cared too much about their job. The staff could have been more friendly. They could have gave me a choices on vehicles to rent. They could have went over the vehicle with me but they did not.
