I booked for wolkswagen jetta, but they gave me nissan altima without any prior information/ update about change of the car. The hood of the car was shaking while driving which was scary for me, if it's gonna blow up & hit the front glass while driving.

The branch was quite busy, with about a 40-minute wait in line. However, self-service pickup is available. Since it was my first rental, I chose to wait for counter service. The staff were very polite and recommended insurance for $18 per day, which I accepted. Overall, it was a good experience!

I could've gotten the Dodge Ram. I was too short getting out of the car. With no running board, I sprained my foot. The car was not that clean and to have only 9900 miles when I picked it up, it was pretty scratched and beat up. All in all, it was only an ok experience.
