Extremely satisfied. The gentleman directly provided a brand-new car with only 300 kilometers on it, a diesel version 220D, and a full tank showing a range of 1400 kilometers... The car was in excellent condition, equipped with CARPLAY for seamless connectivity. It felt as familiar as driving my own car. The car accelerates quickly and is very stable on the highway. In 3 days, I drove to Hamburg, Bremen, Dusseldorf, Dunkirk, Brussels, Luxembourg, and Frankfurt. Everything was perfect.

Excellent car rental experience.

There was no problem with the agreed-upon full tank policy, but there was no gas station within 10 kilometers of the pickup location, making it impossible to refuel. This led to high refueling and service fees, which felt like a rip-off.

Satisfactory; return process was relatively quick

I had reserved a Volvo XC70, but due to two reasons (the reservation was at Terminal 2, but the plane arrived at Terminal 1, so I wasn't at the initial pickup point; I requested a diesel car), Europcar quickly resolved both issues. We ended up with a Skoda automatic estate, equipped with a built-in GPS. Combined with our own GPS, the trip went very smoothly.
