Renting the car was convenient, but returning it was very inconvenient. Although we were told that we could return the car after working hours, the garage was closed, causing us significant trouble in the middle of the night. We had to pay for parking ourselves and wait until the next morning when the office opened to return the car. This was really unsatisfactory.

The staff's attitude was great. There were some minor issues when picking up the car, but the staff were very patient and helped us.

The service lady was not enthusiastic and impatient. She was not diligent, I didn't rent a GPS but she included the charge in the bill, $67. Unprofessional, no one knew how to set up the GPS in Chinese, initially wanted to rent but then cancelled. Pushing unnecessary insurance even though I already bought comprehensive coverage.

The car provided was significantly different from the one I booked!
