Extremely dissatisfied. First, my reservation was canceled, although they rearranged another car. However, after using the car once, driving for just one hour, and parking it at the hotel, the next morning the car had no power at all and couldn't be used. A painful experience.

The customer service kindly asked about the size of the luggage and then upgraded to a larger Nissan for free. Super considerate. The signs for picking up and returning the car were very clear, so I had no problems even as a woman!

Returned the car twice. Went yesterday, but they were closed because it was Sunday. Went today, but it was a holiday. The problem is, when I picked up the car, I asked if I could return it today and they said yes, just leave the keys in the box. I rented the car for only two days, but now I'm worried they will charge me for three days. Do I have to go back to the store tomorrow? I need to work. Tried calling, but no one answers.

“Beach vacation trip”

Like: Vehicle was very roomy and great gas mileage. Will be back for next family trip.
Dislike: All was good. Except I had to return vehicle a day late and was charged 38 bucks instead of the standard 26 a day that I had paid. Other than that it all went well.
