El personal atento pero me cobraron por el vehículo otra vez 502 dls cuando la reserva del vehículo la había hecho completo con la página QEEQ.COM ( ACE me cobró con la tarjeta visa y a QEEQ.COM con la amex 584 dls )

I didn't get the car I expected which was fine but the first car they tried to give me , the seats were so filthy, I couldn't possibly rent it. They tried to tell me they were "just stains, not dirt". After waiting another half hour, they finally found us another respectable car
We were upgraded to a better car than what we reserved and everything else was solid. Overall a very positive experience.

We had an ideal experience with Easyrentcars.com. The initial price was unbelievable and they even re-booked it with an even better rate. The value was off the charts. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Ace, in my opinion, is misleading customers about tolls. We spent 140.00 for a program that we would otherwise have spent $1.50 for each of two tolls by paying cash. We were told you couldn't pay cash and going without their coverage would have cost $50.00 per toll in penalties because the toll booths were unmanned. This wasn't true.There were collectors at each toll booth. Going to the Attorney General with this.
The car was not a foreign like they mentioned, quest or similar. It was more like a caravan or similar. If they mention a foreign car they should try to provide a foreign car same with domestic.
