Rental car was okay but is very expensive

That was the worst experience I ever had a rental car place. We missed our reservations due to having to take over an hour to pick up a car that should have already been ready for us! we had a 10:00am pick up and didn't get there until 11:30. They had plenty of time to get it cleaned, etc. The car they gave us also didn't fit all the luggage as claimed in description. Thankfully we had a friend waiting on us and we were able to put the extra bag in their car. We had to send one person back at the end of our trip with their luggage via Uber because it wouldn't fit.

Terrible reserved a 15 seater and it was not available!

Did not have vehicle we reserved terrible never ever ever come back. Had mother in law in wheel chair needed expedition got a mini van. Should get a refund.

Car was smaller than promised. Junky pathfinder not in the class of a Expedition. Had a bad tire and several calls to Ace were ignored, or, I was told several times to just call back later to see if they could find a car with good tires. Just gave up and spent money frequently airing up the tire. Serious lack of customer service. Would think twice before renting from Ace again

Like: Very happy with vehicle - it was what I needed to pick my son up at college from his first year with all of his belongings!
