Convenient and cheaper than booking direct.

The location was super easy to find and the staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Very grateful and extremely satisfied.

They refused to rent me the car, based on the quoted rate, and I spent 3 hours in the process of getting the rental car. After that! They said my car was not available and offered a pickup truck, or van!

The customer support promised to reimburse the amount that budget were claiming that I had to pay. That was positive support, but I was able to negotiate with 3 Budget representatives to get the promised rate

Lady at the Drop-off was a bit rude. The instructions to what exactly parking lot should I use was not clear to me.

It was an old car with around 33,500 miles used car. No brakes. Interior was broken. Staff trying to sell bigger cars for bigger price. I had to buy new insurance worth $ 86 from Budget because they said they dont deal with 3rd party insurance which i bought from Easyrentcars.com
