Felt valued great deal will use again

Maybe because I went early, there was almost no one. The staff asked if I wanted an additional insurance for six dollars a day. I said no, and then I just went to pick up the car.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

Excellent experience

Collection of the car was very simple. There was a long queue but I was able to use the Self Service machine and not require to speak to any members of Alamo staff. The return was just as simple. I pulled up, removed my luggage and walked away into the Terminal.
