I did not need to wait in line But line could easily form if staff need to deal with any issues Only 2 members of staff to deal with both collection of cars and people waiting to drop off However not staffs fault could just use extra team members when busy Also drop off instructions not supper clear in car park outside Nothing telling you where to take the keys ?

They added extra insurance despite my refusal, claiming it was included in the package and that I didn’t need to pay more. After picking up the car, I reviewed the bill and found an extra charge of nearly $300! When I went back to dispute, they cancelled my order without a refund! Eventually, I rented from Alamo, whose service and vehicle conditions were much better than Budget. I've permanently blacklisted Budget and Avis! I hope the rental car platform can help me get my money back!

Everything else was excellent, the only issue was because it was raining. The store manager suggested we upgrade the car from the convertible we initially booked to a Jeep SUV. However, when we got to the parking lot, we saw the Jeep was also a soft-top and quite small. We went back to the store to request a change. Since the pre-authorization was already done, the manager tried to say there weren't any cars like the one we originally booked and suggested another upgrade. I mentioned I saw plenty of the original cars in the parking lot, but he insisted they were all reserved. Finally, I said if we didn't get the car we originally booked, we wouldn't rent from them. Only then, reluctantly, did he agree to give us the car we originally booked. Despite this, everything else was great; the rental point is conveniently located from the airport, return was quick, and the car was in good condition. However, it seems rental companies tend to mislead Chinese customers into upgrading. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The 1st car had too many damages, therefore we asked for the change of the car without any problem !
