The guy at the counter was really friendly.

I specifically chose a store in downtown Zagreb when booking the car and even picked nearby accommodation. But when we went to pick up the car, the store was closed. We had to trouble the landlord to take us by taxi to the airport store to get the car. This information was not updated online in time, wasting our money and time, and we got caught in a heavy rain.

V easy collection and drop off process. Car was comfortable and economical.

Booking was easy and efficient. Having all the details on the app makes life simpler.

A little bit curt when completing pick-up process but this may have been just language differences. Excellent when I left my luggage in their office.
