Very satisfied.

An extremely terrible experience! The rental car was covered in numerous dents and scratches, but none of them were marked on the pick-up document. What’s even more absurd is that when returning the car, the staff asked me to show the photos I took during pick-up. After reviewing them, they found one area I hadn’t photographed and claimed that damage was caused by me! They immediately charged over 1000 euros directly from my credit card. Absolutely ridiculous!

The front desk staff was very humorous. I did a one-way rental and the return process was very simple. Overall, the service was really pleasant. It was my first trip abroad and I felt very happy.

Vehicle itself was clean and counter staff helpful but the car was not full (closer to 90%) and it also had only a 2% charge. As a hybrid, I'd expect better. Due to the small gas capacity, we were suddenly on empty during our initial journey.

The car model provided was incorrect. I booked an SUV but received a sedan, which couldn't fit all my luggage.
