Great service and very smooth pickup. They did try to upsell some insurance at the counter, but once I told them I’d already bought full coverage on QEEQ, they stopped pushing it. Car inspection at drop-off was quick and efficient.

First of all, super, super hard sell on insurance by counter staff. Just show that you have bought insurance and stand your ground. They tried scare tactics, shrug as if you are being really dumb etc. Print and bring along your insurance - the moment they see it they will stop saying things like you are not covered. Then... thankfully because I read earlier reviews, I took a good video of the car at the collection point. They inspected the car super carefully at return and picked up on the smallest of dings which other companies do not do. The moment I said I had a video and could show proof, they did not press the matter. They said the boot cover was missing, I said it did not have one at pick up, "want to see the video?" and then they just dropped the issue.

QEEQ was great! Follow advice given carefully. Print out your insurance document from QEEQ.

We had some trouble communicating, but after contacting the QEEQ platform hotline and confirming no additional insurance was needed, we signed the contract and picked up the car. Overall, the service attitude at the store was good and patient. The staff providing the handover service later were very satisfactory in terms of attitude, language, and efficiency.

Felt very disappointed with how insurance and other tax charges were applied at point of pick up. What went from reasonably priced rental ended up being expensive. Felt deceived from pricing point of view
