La recogida fue genial. La entrega fue rápida también pero tuve que esperar media hora para el autobus a la terminal. Al final me quejé y vino enseguida pero demasiado tiempo de espera

Got switched to a Chrysler MPV, which had mediocre handling.

Waited nearly 2 hours at the Budget desk, as they simply did not have enough cars available, plenty of staff on duty going very slowly. Booked large family car, as 3 of our group taller than 6 feet. We were then told at the desk it was unavailable, and that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to an SUV. I asked what the car was and staff claims he did not know. We were given an old Nissan Rogue Sports edition, the older, smaller version. It had dints, scratches and stone damage, even a piece of the bumper on the front seat. We were now 25 hours into our journey, so rather than wait, I accepted the car and carried on with our journey. Not what we ordered and will not be using Budget again.
