Terrible experience

The booked BMW 2 Series wasn't available, and switching to a Peugeot or Fiat required an additional 15 euros per day. Changed to a Lexus UX, and the price jumped from 184 euros to 800 euros. After negotiating for a long time, lowered it to 470 euros. This was the worst car rental experience. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to find out none of the reserved cars were available. They were upgrading vehicles, and customers were not happy, leading to arguments.

The queue at the pick up desk was at least 20 people long when we arrived and was very slow moving. It took around 2 hours to collect the keys. It took longer to collect the car than to fly from London.

I always use Budget car rental whenever I can because the checking always goes smoothly and staff are always very helpful. I can trust that the cars are always in good condition and very clean.

Using this site to book our car was very easy and informative. And best of all, they offered the best rental prices I could find!
