The service attitude was excellent. Although I waited for over half an hour to pick up the car, they washed it beforehand. I originally booked a Peugeot 2008 but received a Peugeot 408. Returned the car at night during heavy rain, and the staff were very efficient and had a great attitude!

Got a small BMW of the same class, the car was relatively new. The rental company is located outside the congestion area.

Free shuttle service to Heathrow Airport terminals eliminates long waits. Car return is very convenient with a dedicated staff handling the process.

Overall, quite satisfied.
