This car rental went smoothly, and the staff were professional.

This is my second time renting from this company this year. Picking up and returning the car was quick and easy.

Queue time was acceptable, around 20 minutes.

I found out it was a Toyota after picking up the car. I wanted to switch to a German car since German high-end cars have no speed limit, while Japanese cars can't handle it. Unfortunately, there were no other cars available for exchange. When I checked the Corolla, there was a tire pressure warning. I drove from Düsseldorf city center to the airport area to check it, but couldn't resolve the tire pressure issue. Reluctantly, they gave me a Volkswagen, wasting two hours.

Pretty good, but the billing details were a bit confusing and not settled on the spot.
