Very satisfied! Completed the car rental procedure online, and it took only two minutes to pick up the car on-site. I even got an upgraded RAV4, super happy. The staff at the counter had already prepared the car keys after the flight landed. The handover was completed quickly after checking the rental documents and reminding me to use E10 fuel. Kudos to Hertz!

Booking the car was fine, but returning it was extremely troublesome. Returned the car in Bergen, and the return address couldn't be directly navigated to. Additionally, there was no indication on plan 2. Spent half an hour searching around the parking lot, exceeded the time limit by 5 minutes, and almost panicked. No one answered the phone calls, and it was only after spotting the sign that I realized it was an unmanned return service. This was not explained when picking up the car.
