This rental company is terrible. The worst thing about them is their sneaky behavior of adding extra fees without notifying customers and then denying it every time. During this rental experience, I opted for unlimited mileage, but at drop-off, they charged me over 2000 euros for exceeding the mileage limit. Terrible company. This is my second complaint about this company, and there will be a third and fourth—I will publish all of them.

After returning the car, none of the expenses were visible. We bought full insurance for over 900 euros, and after returning the car, we were charged more than 4000 euros additionally.
