Returned the car twice. Went yesterday, but they were closed because it was Sunday. Went today, but it was a holiday. The problem is, when I picked up the car, I asked if I could return it today and they said yes, just leave the keys in the box. I rented the car for only two days, but now I'm worried they will charge me for three days. Do I have to go back to the store tomorrow? I need to work. Tried calling, but no one answers.

Extremely dissatisfied. First, my reservation was canceled, although they rearranged another car. However, after using the car once, driving for just one hour, and parking it at the hotel, the next morning the car had no power at all and couldn't be used. A painful experience.

Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.
