staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Like: I am glad we booked through your site. We got a great price, a great car and efficient service
Dislike: Can't complain - oh yes it would have been nice to be given the wifi password that the car seemed to have

Like: My reservation was done Thru a third party and wasn’t done right and they were extremely helpful in fixing it. Kind, knowledgeable and polite!
Dislike: Everything was perfect

Like: Our car was an upgrade and a very pleasant one at that!

Like: I rented a Nissan for three days & midst a small heatwave wound up delighted. Air conditioner worked GREAT. The car's brakes were perfect; the smaller steering wheel was a delight. I turned down a black car & got lovely blue.
Dislike: The thought of driving a black car in any hot weather seems a nightmare.
