This was an extremely terrible experience! Firstly, the staff were very indifferent at the time of pickup and did not bother to give any additional information. Secondly, the pickup location was in central London, but they failed to inform me about the congestion charge (approximately £10) that had to be paid by midnight on the same day by phone, otherwise there would be a fine. As a foreigner who had just gotten the car, how was I supposed to know how to pay it? Later, after returning to my country, I was charged £105 (of which £40 was a service fee from this company). This is outrageous! Clearly, they use such methods to overcharge! Furthermore, when I inquired about the charge, the response was very slow, taking almost a month to send the detailed bill. No wonder the European economy is declining, such details reveal the reasons!

Whilst I was very happy with the car and the man who served me at pick up was friendly, I was ignored initially whilst two people in the office discussed something, even though they could see me waiting. I was also not given any instructions on how to operate the vehicle and I don't normally drive a manual.

Inform customers of changes to the car. Ordered an automatic, got a manual. Still no reimbursement of the difference.

They got my booking mixed up with someone with the same last name. Utter morons

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.
