We had a reservation to pick up the car at 9 AM but only got it at 10 AM. The staff was unresponsive and unfriendly. The car broke down after driving only 5 miles. We couldn't reach the store or service hotline, luckily a police officer helped us get a number. We waited another hour for the towing company to arrive and tow us back to the store.
