The first vehicle had a puncture in the tire. The replacement vehicle was in good condition, but a little dirty. The usb jack for my cell phone didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone in the car.

Great service, easy to pick up and return the car.

The waiting time was terrible. After arriving at the airport at midnight, I had to wait 45 minutes for the Budget shuttle. When I got to Budget, I waited another 45 minutes in line, spent 10 minutes finding the car in the rain, and by the time I drove away, two hours had passed. I am so upset.

The vehicle was relatively new, pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple, and the staff was friendly.
