The rental service staff at Baltimore Airport were very friendly. Instead of the Nissan Altima we initially booked, we were given a brand new 2014 Camry, which made us very happy. The return process was also very smooth with no issues. The entire driving experience was excellent.

The car was in good condition, which was great. However, their service hours are not 24 hours. Our flight was delayed, and we had to wait at the store entrance until 6:00 AM to pick up the car.

“Fast employees and old car”

More than 2 years old, and run almost 80k miles says it all. Low tire-pressure and required oil change during the time are also below expectations. The people at the counter and pick-up were great. Fast working. The person at the drop of was in a terrible mood.
