The rental service staff at Baltimore Airport were very friendly. Instead of the Nissan Altima we initially booked, we were given a brand new 2014 Camry, which made us very happy. The return process was also very smooth with no issues. The entire driving experience was excellent.

“Surly pick-up counter staff”

The lady at the pick-up counter was probably having a bad day. The car itself was fine, ran smoothly and I had no problems Dropping off in JFK was a bit of a mess as there were too many cars being returned at the same time, and only 1 staff working (who was very hardworking)

Disappointment at Orlando international airport customer service. I had an account with Navy Federal Credit Union master card and I had . Retired fro US Army. My bank account with Credit Card was $12000 with zero amount own to NDCU. Dollar car rental said cant process the credit card. Called NFCU what's up what's up with the Master Card....Results was not the CREDIT CARD but the network system at the airport. After 25 ho25 hours of traveling it was very stressful. Overall, great service after all from DOLLAR car rental.
