One issue is that Dollar does not have a service counter at the Charlotte airport arrivals area. You need to follow the instructions to go to the Rental Car Center! Although this does not directly affect the rental process, it affects the consumer experience somewhat. I suggest that QEEQ update and provide notices regarding the pickup information at Charlotte!

There were very few people, so no queueing. The Nissan Rogue I booked wasn't available, and they wanted me to upgrade. I refused, so Dollar borrowed a Buick Encore from Thrifty next door.

I very much appreciate that Dollar had a car for me (there were not many to be had at that moment). A previous user must have gone through some tar and it would have taken some more time to clean that off the car. So, I'm glad that Dollar had a car for me; but it meant that I needed to drive around with a rather unclean car for the weekend.

I was impressed with the price drop system and it has prompted me to turn to easyrentcars.com once again since this rental.
