Fast service and easy to locate the store.

The car I booked was not available, and the store could only offer an electric vehicle. Later, the issue was resolved through customer service over the phone, but it delayed me by more than an hour.

When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told there were no cars available. The wait time was very long, around 4 hours.

Long line waiting pick up and check in for car. Staff very pushy trying to sell extras eg. more insurance, roadside assist, pore mpaids petrol option. Once check in complete all was good. Car clean, and in good serviceable condition. Good value for money.

Easy to use on line booking. Available offer made reservation more affordable. Good choice of cars, companies and prices.

I watched her interact with another (older) customer ahead of me..and she went out of her way to make sure everything was understood..including how to exit the airport and assisting in directions. I felt it was above and beyond what I normally witness or experience at any rental type situation. Sholanda is a true asset to your company.
