The stuff on counter and also on return fields was very nice, friendly and helpful. Instead of booked Toyota RAV4 Hybrid I got Alfa Romeo Tonale Sprint Hybrid. The car was new, clean and in an excellent technical condition. All passed nice and smooth. In T1 BCN very nice peoples work in Record Go - all is very comfortable and good organized. Thanks!

The car was over our expectations and the staff was extremely friendly. We forgot our ipad in the car and there wasn't any problems with getting it in the middle of the night, the staff was soooo friendly. The staff member was rude and tried to scam me. I had already purchased excess insurance but she was very reluctant to release the car even though I agreed to the £1400.00 held on my credit card. Luckily I was prepared but I imagine many people are so keen to get on holiday that they fall for this.
