Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly.
Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?
