The car model was quite recent, but with an engine type that consumed far too much petrol per km.

“I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.”
About Centauro: 2.0 /10
This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.
About QEEQ: 8.0 /10
Thanks to the helpful assistance of QEEQ customer service, my issue has been resolved satisfactorily. The compensation for my loss is a testament to their commitment to customer service.

“One of the worst and most inefficient check in processes I've ever had to deal with.”
About Centauro: 4.7 /10
Terrible check in process in a very hot warehouse a few km outside the airport. Car was in good condition and very clean, no issues. Difficult to find the shuttle bus pick up location
