Easy, but not convenient

The car provided was an Opel Corsa, which was very fuel-efficient. There were significant scratches on the front and rear doors on the right side, but they did not affect functionality. The counter staff was extremely friendly and patient, providing detailed instructions. After being given the car key, I went to the parking lot to find the car myself. One issue worth mentioning is that the car condition report noted damage on the front and rear doors on the right side when I picked it up. As I was alone, I didn't check the wheels carefully. Fortunately, the video I recorded captured two large scratches on the two rims (why hadn't the rental company identified this earlier?). When returning the car, the staff requested proof of the wheel condition at the time of pickup. Luckily, I had the video evidence, so no compensation was needed. For vehicles with existing damage, make sure to inspect more carefully and take photos of every part as documentation.

Pickup and return were very convenient and quick, the service was excellent.

I booked a Tiguan but got a Lynk & Co 01 hybrid at pickup. The battery was mostly empty so I used it as a regular car. The exterior was fine, but the internal cleaning was average. The car had good power. Most highways in Italy have a speed limit of 110-130 km/h. The car's condition was average, with maintenance notifications and low antifreeze levels, which I topped up. Adding insurance at the store made everything go smoothly.

Did not exceed expectations. Centauro was difficult to find...it is outside the terminal, and not only outside but not really labelled. I had to ask information and only saw 1 sign of Centauro and the rental office is not where most of the big major car rental offices are and is in a remote location. I would not mind this if it was THE ONLY problem I had but there were others.... The car key I thought did not work because the trunk would not lock when the key was close. Wish they explained this to me. Third, I bought insurance online when I paid for the rental, but the lady at the desk told me that she recommended a "piece of mind" insurance where there was no minimum deductible and greater coverage, but just wish it was available online to book. Last, this place does not have a drop box return, so I had to leave the key in the car, which I really do not feel safe with, looking back. Just wish this place had a key box return.
