Car had not been checked before collection - on 2nd day of rental the engine warning light came on and on my inspection the engine coolant level was very low so had to purchase coolant to fill up the reservoir! Alamo staff knew nothing about the "$1" deposit scheme and it took a long time to convince them they should not take the full Alamo deposit! Car was OK but older than I would have expected and was quite tatty.

Just to double check that maintenance of the car is checked on long rentals. I had the truck for almost two months. And on the second weeks starts asking me for oil change, filters etc. I did not have time to run to rental agency to serve the truck. And I did not returned because I was not going to drive the truck for more than 400 miles … other than this small inconvenience everything went well

Like: This was the best priced rental site I found! It was very easy to book on line and quick! No hassles when I arrived to pick up the car and all went extremely well. I will us this company again and tell my friends and family to use them.
Dislike: The price was great, the car and the location. Ease of booking and it was all true! No scams here!
