“Awful. Having to wait for 3 hours for my car and the oil maintenace reminder always came on.”
About Avis: 5.0 /10
I had to wait for 3 hours to get a car. They had a long, long line up and by the time I got to the counter they were out of cars. They gave me a large Toyota 4runner instead of the Camri I had reserved. I doubt I will use Avlis again. They were totally incompetent.

“Ok. Confusion over pick up location when booked. Two locations referred to in original supplied docu”
About Avis: 7.0 /10
Location not the easiest to find. Signposting could be improved. Car type was upgraded I believe due to the lack of available vehicles. Some damage to supplied vehicle. Windows were filthy internally.
