Very satisfied

Very satisfied with the rental experience. The original car I rented had a dead cigarette lighter, so I couldn't use the GPS. I mentioned it at the counter, and they promptly gave me another car. Everything was OK! The return location was easy to find, the GPS guided me smoothly, and they also provided a shuttle to the airport. The only downside was that there were too many people renting from Dollar (about 30 people waiting), and I had to wait 40 minutes in line. Meanwhile, other rental companies on the same side had only a few people in line.

I was a bit concerned about the reservation because it was the first time I booked a rental using a 3rd party-EasyRentCars. Turned out everything about the rental from beginning to end was perfect!

I was a bit hesitant to book with EasyRentCars due to some bad comments I read on-line. My experience in the USA went very well. They even found a lower price than when I originally booked!

Our pickup location in Phoenix was low on vehicles so we had an extended wait time (over 30 minutes) and ended up receiving a free upgrade to a premium model 4-door sedan and a discount voucher for a future rental. Staff was apologetic and very friendly. Our drop-off in Salt Lake City was a breeze -- staff took our key and we were on our way in under a minute. Great experience. We will rent from Dollar again.
