Like: We drove to a lot of places and it was a very good trip. Almost 2000 miles and a good thing about the car was no mileage charges. Overall very satisfied
Dislike: When we signed up for rental should have asked more specific questions like what model car and what the customers needed scheme as low mileage big spece etc., only after we came to pick up the car questions were asked

The young man was enthusiastic and thoughtful. He showed us several different cars of the same class and allowed us to choose based on our needs (mainly luggage space and interior space). There was no hard selling.
