Extremely satisfied.

I had to pay a 250-euro deposit when I picked up the car, and the female receptionist didn't even know about it when I returned the car. If I hadn't reminded her, who knows what would have happened! In general, the staff at the return location were quite inexperienced. They gave me a photocopy of the rental agreement, and I had to insist multiple times to get the original. What a mess! There was a minor scratch, and it took them ages to deal with it, saying the damage assessment would take half a month. I had to proactively email to get the final receipt. Isn't this the basic duty of a car rental company? Terrible!

Very good at answering questions. I did not think we would get the car we had requested but we did! The instructions on where to find the car rental was very helpful.
