Pretty good. There were many people picking up cars, but there were also plenty of staff at the counter, so waiting a bit was normal. I bought the most comprehensive car insurance on QEEQ, and when picking up the car, they asked if I wanted to buy personal accident insurance. After thinking about it, I decided to purchase it—4 people, 7 days, totaling $250.58. They also asked if I would refuel the car myself when returning it. I chose to refuel myself, and there are many gas stations near the airport, which is very convenient!

I was forced to take all the insurance when I have rented several times in other places and the treatment has been much better and much cheaper for something much better, the worst experience with Budget, they steal people's money and time
