Better than expected. The car has American-style features, including collision warning and a backup camera, though it lacks rear parking sensors. However, this doesn't affect usage as parking lots are spacious, and you can just drive straight in head-on.
Rented a car for a day to go to the airport, and was charged $25 for insurance without being informed (deposit taken when picking up the car and directly charged when returning). Since this didn’t happen the last time I rented, I didn't notice. $25 a day is quite expensive for insurance! Be aware of this mistake. Contacted Zuzuche but got no resolution. The car's condition and convenience are still good.
No Chinese service, and the staff did not clearly explain the rental procedures. When the reserved vehicle was not available, no similar vehicle was provided, only an upgrade option was given.
Car was not full of petrol so had to wait a while for this to be sorted
