had a problem with the snow chains / Socks, they gave me only 2 and they were all torn. I was refunded for the socks but couldn't go on mountains as to go back to office to change the socks was a 3hr drive that didn't make sense!!

Had to wait in line a bit during pickup because there were some unusual customers ahead, like those without their own credit cards or wanting to use cash as a deposit. The staff handled it all calmly. Returning the car was very smooth, with the staff completing the inspection quickly.

The service attitude of the car rental company was quite good, and QEEQ customer service intervened very promptly. Initially, we went to Terminal 1 to find the car rental company, but we were informed by the staff that all car rental companies at Terminal 1 were closed. However, the pickup address on the slip was not updated to Terminal 2, which wasted nearly an hour. Fortunately, the subsequent pickup process was smooth. We booked a Citroen C3, but the store upgraded us for free to a Peugeot 2008 SUV with less than 30k mileage.
