Like: No problems with our rental, other than figuring out the fancy controls on this newish model Subaru. Felt like we got a good value, and the staff was efficient. Located offsite from the airport, but they sent someone to pick us up. I was glad I called a few days before and touched base with them. That's when they told me about their shuttle service.

The service process is very straightforward with little hassle. However, the waiting time is quite long, around one and a half hours (seems to be a common issue at the San Francisco Airport car rental center).

“All even better than required”

Had no problems in picking up or dropping off car. Staff were polite and helpful. There was an assumption that I'd want their extra insurance and not return car with full tank of fuel, but when I said no it was accepted immediately. All in all very satisfactory experience.
