You can walk to the counter of ACE Rental Cars - Queenstown Airport car rental.

Once customers have collected their luggage and cleared Customs, they can walk over to our branch, located about 2 minutes’ walk away, opposite the Airport Terminal.

Ace are the third building on the right as customers travel onto the Airport grounds – the building is well signwritten with the Ace Rental Cars logo. Clients can park their cars outside the branch.Outside office hours: All vehicles must be returned to our branch. Vehicles should be parked outside our branch and the keys can be left in the afterhours return box located by the door.

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Ferry Transportation: Not Allowed

ACE Rental Cars does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
