After you have collected your luggage, please call on 006499490944 to notify that you are ready to be picked up. Follow the signs for the transfers and exit at Door C, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside AIR NEW ZEALAND Check in AREA. Please wait in the shuttle van area for the AutoUnion Shuttle Van to pick you up. You will then be transferred to the office, approximately 7 minutes away. Autounion does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
