You can walk to the counter of GO Rentals - Queenstown Domestic Airport car rental.

Once you've landed, exit through the arrival doors. Walk past the Taxi's on your left and look our for a grey building with pink GO Rentals signage - this is by the main car park entrance. For a faster and smoother pick-up experience, we encourage you to complete your online check-in before arriving at the branch. Simply download the GO Rentals App via: https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app/ After downloading the app: Register an account and enter your personal information. Add your booking by entering your reservation number. Follow the prompts to access and complete the Online Check-in process.

Drop-off Instructions

Simply Park in our designated drop-off area inside the Airport, look out for signs directing you to car park A. We're located on the right, please drive past the "no entry sign" to enter. Pop into the office to return the keys. Please ensure the car is being returned at the correct location, date and time, that the car has been refuelled and all personal belongings have been removed .You can then walk the short distance to the terminal to check in for your flight
