When you are ready to pick up your vehicle, please call our service hotline at 0800 660 600 (within New Zealand) or +6496006660 (international). We will provide a free airport shuttle service during 08:30-18:30. Business hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:30-18:00. If you arrive at the pickup point outside of business hours, from 19:01 to 08:29 the next day, a late service fee of 65 New Zealand dollars will be charged. International/domestic terminals: After collecting your luggage, please move to the Transfers area to wait for the pickup; The Transfer area is at the far left corner turn when facing the terminal building, outside the check-in counters. Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to the store. A free shuttle service is available during store business hours. After store hours (19:01 to 08:29 the next day), an additional service fee of 65NZD per trip will be charged. The return location is about a 5-minute drive from the airport.
