Picking Up Between 8:00am - 5:00pm: 1. Visit our Queenstown Airport Shuttle Request page to request your shuttle pick up. Ensure you are at the airport and have cleared customs and security before making the request. 2. Our shuttle operates on demand, so there is no need to arrange it prior to your arrival. Please allow 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. 3. Note: Due to traffic in Queenstown, please allow up to 40 minutes for the shuttle during peak times between 3:30pm - 5:30pm. REQUEST SHUTTLE - QUEENSTOWN AIRPORT https://www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup-queenstown SHUTTLE PICK UP LOCATION: - Queenstown Airport: Our shuttle arrives at the Rental Car Transfer Area. Exit the airport near the Jetstar check-in area, and wait next to the blue lockers and free phone; the shuttle will arrive here once requested.

Drop-off Instructions

Dropping off your rental car at our Queenstown Airport depot(5 Glenda Drive. Frankton. Queenstown.New Zealand)is super simple, the key things to remember are: Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refuelling charge ($25). The nearest gas station to our Queenstown car rental depot is the PAK'n'SAVE Fuel just up the road on Hawthorne Drive. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2 minute final handover process and your away! Our Queenstown Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.
