    I picked up the car in Queenstown. My English isn't great, but the staff were very patient and even wrote down the fuel type for me. The parking lot staff were also very friendly, gave me a map, and pointed me to the nearest supermarket. When returning the car in Picton by ferry, my husband didn't understand English, and the staff personally helped him park the car. We are very grateful!
