The car provided was not the model I reserved. The drop-off location was hard to find, the address was unclear, and navigation struggled to locate it. There were no signs, and the drop-off address lacked clarity. It should specify which parking lot, such as P1 or P6, rather than just giving an address. I spent a long time searching and still couldn't find it. The phone went unanswered, and the service was very disappointing!

Waited in line for 2.5 hours. Originally scheduled to pick up the car at 3:00, but ended up getting it at 5:45. The car was not the same as agreed upon, and the cost increased from 1700 RMB to about 650 euros, approximately 5000 RMB, three times higher. Extremely dissatisfied.

Quite good and efficient. However, the car model I booked was unavailable, and the front desk suggested I rent a Mercedes A-Class for an extra 7 euros per day. I immediately declined. Eventually, I got a Peugeot 2008. Make sure to read the contract carefully because the vehicle's condition is detailed towards the bottom of the first page. The car wasn't brand new and had some minor scratches. I checked the fuel gauge and various indicator lights. Everything was fine, and overall, I am satisfied.

Overall experience was average. The waiting time was extremely long, and the efficiency of the staff, especially for foreigners, left much to be desired. Additionally, I had booked an SUV, but they gave me a Skoda sedan instead. When I hit the highway, I realized the fuel tank was only half full, even though their policy was to return the car with a full tank. It seems like their pre-rental inspections are very disorganized. I decided not to go back to confirm because their efficiency was just too low. Renting and returning cars abroad often feels very frustrating. Everyone should be prepared to accept this.

The return service was relatively satisfactory, but the pickup service left much to be desired. An elderly lady during the pickup process was quite impatient. She became visibly annoyed when asked about the discrepancy between the vehicle model and the name of the bank collecting the payment versus the rental company listed on the order. Additionally, the 1000 EUR deposit was not reflected in the contract, which led to further inquiries from the customer, to which she responded with irritation. She even mentioned canceling the rental without the customer's consent and sarcastically asked if this was the customer's first time renting a car. Since the pickup occurred late and the customer was already fatigued from a long journey, the poor rental experience affected the mood of the trip. Greater caution will be exercised when selecting a vehicle model and rental company in the future.

The MG3 was great, equipped with speed limit alerts and lane departure warnings! However, there's no place to put your phone, so it's best to bring a universal holder. After exiting the station, turn right out of the building for about 100 meters to reach the car rental store. Submit your documents, get the keys, and pick up the car yourself. I booked through Budget and purchased both the car rental company's basic insurance and QEEQ's full coverage. I printed the QEEQ insurance document from the domestic insurance company and submitted it at the counter. After getting the keys, the staff will point out the direction of the car and the return entrance. Take the escalator to the second floor and then switch elevators. Take photos of the car upon pickup, and when returning, it’s best to park it at the same spot. If not available, park on the same floor and within the same company. If still not available, floors 5 or 6 are also acceptable. Overall, the process is convenient and efficient!

The service attitude was good, but the staff did try to upsell insurance. Additionally, the place to complete the paperwork was different from the car pickup point. The staff repeatedly reminded me to return the car with a full tank, but the car I received was not fully fueled. Later, the rental company refused to refund the extra fuel I had added, but it was the rental platform that compensated me. I recommend everyone to take clear photos and ensure the fuel levels match at both pickup and return—don't blindly trust this rental company's full tank return policy.

We purchased a full insurance package on the Zuzuche platform. Upon arrival at the counter, there was no queue, and we were assisted by a cold-faced female staff member. I showed her my booking and insurance confirmation. She claimed it was only basic coverage and insisted that we must buy their own insurance, along with the Italy and Monaco cross-border fees totaling over 209 euros. I refused to buy the insurance, and she firmly stated that if we didn’t purchase their insurance, she wouldn’t provide the car and would cancel my booking. I then called Zuzuche customer service and handed the phone to her, allowing the customer service to communicate directly with her. After discussions, she reluctantly agreed not to force us to buy their insurance. While proceeding with the formalities, we encountered additional issues, so I contacted Zuzuche customer service again. When I handed her the phone, she rudely refused to take the call. At this point, I noticed she grabbed her backpack, seemingly ready to clock out. I asked if she could assign another staff member to assist us since she was eager to leave, but she insistently refused, displaying a hostile attitude. Eventually, she completed part of the procedure and passed it on to another staff member before leaving for the day. During all of this, I want to express special gratitude to the Zuzuche customer service team for staying on the line with me throughout, promptly providing patient and thorough guidance in addressing the issues. They uploaded my rental contract for verification to ensure there were no unreasonable charges. Over the years, Zuzuche customer service has consistently been an invaluable support and guarantee for my overseas car rentals, promptly resolving issues to my satisfaction. My deep appreciation for Zuzuche customer service and their diligent professionalism focused on customer needs. Thank you, Zuzuche. With Zuzuche, overseas car rentals are always worry-free and reassuring.

C'est le seul loueur qui ne voulait pas d'une carte identité informatique. J'ai dû retourner à la mairie dans laquelle j'ai fait ma demande de renouvellement pour récupérer les papiers. Côme évoqué toujours un problème de restitution, les loueurs nous demandent de prendre des photos avant le départ mais les voitures sont collées les unes aux autres impossible de prendre des photos correctement puis ils veulent vous rentre responsable des rayures alors que les marques partaient en frottant à la main.

Counter staff processed my pickup at the counter as he should… but gave no directions as to how to find the car lot. Also, no one at hand to show how to use various controls- the seat adjustment had 2-3 different buttons to electronically adjust the seat height etc but I couldn’t find how to move the seat back. Only at car return was I shown- 1 of the buttons had 2 different functions.

First, the actual rented car was a diesel vehicle. During use, it suddenly showed a need to add AdBlue, otherwise it could not run normally after 100 km. After inquiring with customer service, I was told to buy AdBlue myself and then get reimbursed by the rental company. It took a lot of detours and wasted fuel to purchase AdBlue! Finally, after an hour, I bought it and got a receipt from the store (Total gas station). When returning the car, the rental company did not accept the receipt, claiming it did not list the AdBlue product name! We provided all evidence: a photo of the AdBlue warning displayed on the vehicle on the day of travel, photos of the purchase, and photos of adding AdBlue at the gas station, all with time stamps matching the receipt. We are still appealing and there has been no progress so far...

I am really grateful to this car rental company. The staff there is extremely helpful. Our car had a minor accident, but the staff remained very chill when we returned the car. They didn't charge us any fees when refunding the deposit, essentially covering the accident themselves. I highly recommend this rental company—the deposit refund was very fast. I was advised at collection that there were a number of scratches on the car which I did not mind as I am always anxious when collecting a car in pristine condition. We tried to photograph the car before leaving the car park but it was too difficult in the sunlight to see all the scratches and dents. Whilst an email file was sent with all the photos it was too difficult to see on my phone-we only got to see it later in the day when we accessed our iPad. Service at help desk was speedy and friendly. We were offered additional insurance cover but we explained we had bought upgrade with the online booking and agent did not try and sell us more (as we experienced previously with other operators)

Worst car rental company I've ever seen (and I've tried a few!). First, in Nice airport, Rhodium doesn't have a counter. You have to go to Goldcar. Funnily, I booked at Rhodium precisely to avoid Goldcar because of some bad previous experience with them! I had to wait for about 45min (2-3 clients). Then, The deposit policy is terrible and can be regarded as forced sale (if you don't want to pay for the expensive additional insurance, you have to make a deposit of 1228€ in my case). The woman wasn't very polite either. The car was parked in such a way that I couldn't even get in (I had to crawl via the passenger seat). The car wasn't in perfect condition, but none of the damage was reported on the papers I was given. So be VERY careful with the preliminary walkaround, even though the parking lighting isn't great. When I went back to the counter to report the damage I had noticed, I was almost insulted by the same woman, who clearly threatened me that my deposit might not be returned if I reported that many scratches.

It would have been helpful to have been shown the controls; the car interface has a lot of automatic functionality so mostly it was okay but there are also a lot of stalks on the steering column. I accidentally switched on the speed limiter once at a very low speed and it took me a few tries to work out the screen wash function. Other than that everything was perfect.

Ожидание в очереди на получение забронированной машины сосиавмла почти два часа, без десяти минут. Машина была предоплачены полностью с полной страховкой, которая возможно на сайте. Если верить условиям опмсанным, доплатить я должна была на месте только за детское кресло, 30€, и депозит 300€. На месте оказалось,что доплата моя 170€, а депозит 70. When using a Guangfa Credit Card with the MasterCard line at the counter for a car rental deposit, I was repeatedly told that the transaction failed, but the bank records showed success. Each time, a deposit of 2000 Euros was charged and frozen for 15 days, causing my card to max out. Please be aware of this issue, prepare multiple cards as backups, and keep all receipts, even those indicating a failed transaction.

The service was excellent and very punctual. Unexpectedly, we booked a Citroën, but the rental company gave us the latest model Mercedes CLA upon pickup. The car's performance was outstanding, offering great driving pleasure. When returning the car, we didn't have time to refuel fully due to catching a train, and the tank was only about 80% full. The rental company's fuel charge was quite reasonable. Overall, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, and the service was top-notch! The only issue is that the credit card deposit has not yet been refunded, but I trust they will handle it promptly.
