The car I was given was NOT in the same bracket as that which I ordered - it was NOT a medium SUV !! A Renault Captur ?!?!?! Versus ordered Ford Ecosport ?!?!? Cop on ! Renault Captur is basically a super mini.

Like: friendly staff, easy to find and no hidden extra's
Dislike: The car was a bit rubbish - it was the kind of car we asked for so no major complaint - it is just an underpowered vehicle for an island full of very high hills. Not a complaint - an observation

Dislike: The high damage deposit combined with the location not being open when I dropped off the vehicle. It was very unsettling, but worked out. It would’ve been much nicer if the location was open when I dropped it off, it wasn’t very early, about 7:30 local time.
