The car pickup area at the airport is spacious, with all rental company branches located there. It's very easy to find. I initially chose a petrol vehicle but upgraded to a larger MG hybrid by paying an additional 20 euros per day. The driving experience was excellent, and I drove all the way from Nice to Milan.

Very satisfied! The car rental location was easy to find, returning the car was convenient, and the car was almost new with less than 10,000 kilometers on it. A pleasant car rental experience, will come back next time!

Very good. We met a person from Sichuan working there after getting off the plane, who helped us communicate and even took our hitchhike. Haha!

I had to wait over an hour and a half to pick up my car on Friday 2 July at the Nice airport.

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.
