The company is owned by Indians, and although communication in person was a bit challenging, everything went smoothly overall. There were no hidden charges, and they even refunded us for the extra fuel we added.

It was my first time renting a car at the airport. I had booked a 2020 Proton model, but the actual car I received seemed to be from around 2010 and was extremely old. After just one day of driving, various problems arose, including issues with the clutch, abnormal engine noises, and two missing wheel bolts from the front tires. I contacted the rental company immediately and drove the car to their office in Kuala Lumpur city. They replaced it with another Proton, which seemed to be from around 2010 as well. After another day, the car's engine hood started emitting smoke on the highway, and the air conditioning stopped working. I urgently contacted the rental company again from the highway. They stated there were no spare cars available that day and asked me to return to their city office the next day to swap cars. On the third attempt, I was finally given a fully functional car.

Very satisfied! The handover process was simple, and they thoughtfully provided a TouchGO card with credit loaded, saving us a lot of time. The overall service was pretty good! However, possibly because of time constraints, the car only had four bars of fuel, which made it hard to estimate the fuel level when returning the car. I ended up refueling two extra bars. Additionally, since it was my first time renting a car in Kuala Lumpur, I didn't know that most highways require a Touch 'n Go card for tolls, and there are many toll booths on the highways. It was quite chaotic, as I had to reverse from the card lane to the manual toll lane, which was very dangerous. I hope QEEQ or the rental company can remind or assist renters, especially first-time customers, to prepare a toll card in advance to avoid such unsafe situations.

The car is good, but the base model of Japanese cars feels too basic. The candlelight headlights are frustrating to use at night. Also, the wipers don't clean properly, and rental companies don't seem to care about replacing wipers or adding windshield washer fluid.

I think the car condition could have been a little better, especially the sun bathing car. The windshield wiper was in a really bad condition. But overall it was all okay. It would have been better if the counters were open for a long period of time.

The efficiency is too low - 30 minutes to pick up the car and 10 minutes to return it. For T2 departures, you need to allow at least an hour for returning the car, as train services are infrequent and it takes half an hour to reach T1.

The location is easy to find. The store is on the basement level, and the car is parked by the roadside near the store entrance. The pickup process is very quick. The car rental manager is helpful, and basic English is sufficient for communication. You can purchase full insurance on-site, otherwise, in case of an accident, you would need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later. If the fuel level is lower than at pickup, it's 10 MYR per missing bar. For returning the car, note that you need to circle around and approach from the right-hand side of the one-way street near Starbucks.

I always choose Avis for overseas car rentals. They have a large fleet and are very professional. The car had very low mileage, only over 40,000 kilometers, and even had plastic covers like a new car.

Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

Everything is good except that they do not have a counter at KLIA2, so a bit time-consuming to fetch the car and return it to KLIA terminal for passengers who arrives at KLIA2 Terminal.

The rental was through Hertz. There was a bit of a wait because someone else was picking up a car when I arrived. I picked up the car on January 24th, two days after my birthday on January 22nd, and Hertz had prepared a birthday gift, which was very thoughtful. January 24th was also Chinese New Year's Eve, and Hertz had a New Year gift prepared, which was very considerate. The service staff were excellent.
